- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven experience with multi-year product/tech roadmapping
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
