- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of futurists, engineers, and ethicists in developing next-gen solutions
- Identify and secure partnerships with frontier tech startups and research institutions
- Drive commercialization of prototype technologies through agile development cycles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and IEEE's 2026 Visionary Summit
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or Futurology with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to $1B+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science on technological convergence
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for classified government innovation projects
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial adoption
- Experience leading teams of 50+ across 5+ time zones
