- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and measure ROI against industry benchmarks
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products in emerging tech spaces
- Expertise in strategic planning and scenario analysis for 5+ year horizons
- Strong technical background in at least one emerging technology domain
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
