- Identify and secure emerging technology partnerships and funding opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market impact
- Mentor junior innovators through patent development and commercialization processes
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Strong network with venture capital and academic research communities
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., TRIZ, Stage-Gate)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
