Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, neural interfaces) with commercial potential
- Drive prototyping and MVP development of breakthrough products targeting 2026 market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8-12 innovation specialists and foster a culture of radical creativity
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Experience managing distributed teams and cross-functional collaboration at scale
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
