Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate and healthcare challenges
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialized researchers and engineers
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations
- Drive implementation of ISO 26000-compliant sustainability frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing architecture or generative AI systems
- Published author in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
