Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions for climate modeling and personalized medicine
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research institutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integration technologies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and venture capital partners securing $50M+ in future funding
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging tech ethics and sustainable development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in scaling AI/ML systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or sustainable tech (IEEE/Nature indexed)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Track record of securing $20M+ in R&D funding for disruptive technologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep knowledge of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
