Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future-proof solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, technical, and investor audiences
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and stage-gate processes
