Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable milestones
- Facilitate design thinking workshops for emerging technology adoption
- Author strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and innovation scouts
- Present future-vision briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technology adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioners)
