- Architect and roadmap 2026 technology strategies aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints using design thinking and agile methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling solutions from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
