Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience managing large-scale, multi-year initiatives
- Expertise in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3)
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M and teams of 50+ professionals
