- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and scenario planning
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
- Build and lead a specialized futurist team dedicated to long-term technology forecasting
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
