Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 10-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead quantum computing and AI research initiatives with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire emerging tech startups
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Author white papers on future tech trends for industry publications
- Manage a team of 12 senior futurists and data scientists
- Establish innovation labs in 3 global tech hubs (Berlin, Singapore, Austin)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $1B+ revenue
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted technology patents
- Keynote speaker at Web Summit, CES, or equivalent tiered conferences
