Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption, including regulatory frameworks and ethical implications
- Direct $50M+ R&D portfolio allocation for emerging technology incubation
- Represent InnovateX at Davos, CES, and global tech policy forums
- Mentor CTOs and VPs of Innovation on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Develop patent strategy for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
- Partner with UN agencies on global technology governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or exponential tech roles
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Molecular Engineering
- Published author in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in converging technologies (AI + biotech + quantum)
- Clearance for Tier-1 government tech advisory projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Black belt in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
