Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic frameworks for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Design innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build global partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities for futuristic technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or futurology
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities
