Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum algorithms or human-computer interaction (ACM/IEEE)
- Expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ professionals
- Deep understanding of neurotech regulations and FDA approval pathways
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
