- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early access to breakthroughs
- Present visionary insights to board members and industry conferences to shape organizational direction
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing technology adoption timelines
- Create a 3-year innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and convergence patterns
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
