- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-state solutions using agile futurism methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech landscapes
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic futures to C-suite and board stakeholders using immersive storytelling
- Mentor innovation teams in anticipatory design and scenario planning techniques
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or ethical AI
- Experience with futures methodologies like Delphi or causal layered analysis
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
