Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence

- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with venture capital to incubate spin-off technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI alignment (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and neural-symbolic AI
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
