Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in future-focused innovation planning
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Certifications in AI ethics, blockchain architecture, or futurist methodologies preferred
- Exceptional executive communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies required
- Experience with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and Web3 ecosystems
