Responsibilities
- Lead development of predictive AI models forecasting 2026 tech trends and societal impacts
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Design immersive AR/VR experiences bridging physical and digital realms
- Mentor teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with ethics boards to ensure responsible AI deployment
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and industry partners
- Research emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and cryptographic protocols
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and bias mitigation
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 futuristic product launches post-2020
