Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and their disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption, innovation pipelines, and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite vision with operational implementation plans
- Analyze global socio-economic shifts and regulatory impacts on future tech ecosystems
- Present foresight reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic visions for Fortune 500 companies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
