Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and market shifts through data-driven analysis and scenario planning
- Design strategic frameworks for 2026+ adoption of AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030-era challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year strategic planning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
