Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast societal impacts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investors
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future technology paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, technology foresight, or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex datasets
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational change
