Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) to map 2026 industry disruption
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing AI ethics, climate tech, and neurotech convergence
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with predictive market impact analysis
- Advolve policy recommendations for 2026 digital governance frameworks
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our FutureForward Academy
- Collaborate with R&D on prototyping 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Gartner, WEF, or similar experience)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on 10-year strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofing implementations
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
