Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce whitepapers and roadmaps guiding R&D priorities and market entry strategies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups and investment opportunities
- Represent InnovateNext at global forums on future tech governance and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2030+ horizons
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite and board audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
