Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to navigate disruption and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning blueprints
- Collaborate with R&D to identify breakthrough technologies reshaping industries
- Advocate ethical innovation in AI, biotech, and sustainable development
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or thought leadership
