Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives by analyzing emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps prioritizing innovation investments in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic concepts into quarterly business planning cycles
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive technologies and market disruptions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry conferences, and executive workshops
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Represent the company in global forums shaping technology policy and standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data modeling and trend forecasting
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
