Responsibilities

- Present disruption roadmaps to C-suite and enterprise clients
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring future-readiness across departments
- Author thought leadership pieces on 2026+ market trends
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in horizon scanning, futures thinking frameworks, and trend analysis
- Proven track record delivering C-suite presentations on disruptive technologies
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/lean environments
- Published research on 4th industrial revolution implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
