Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing and neurotech initiatives
- Produce actionable whitepapers on emerging tech impacts (AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept products with 3-5 year roadmaps
- Advise executive team on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
- Curate global foresight networks and publish industry thought leadership
- Integrate sustainability and ethical AI principles into all future-strategy development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven track record translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or Technology Assessment (FTA) preferred
- Portfolio of published future-strategy work or thought leadership
