Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology trend analysis (Gartner, WEF, or similar experience)

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
