Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and climate sectors through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential change
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms shaping 2026+ market landscapes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Strong background in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
