Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends impacting 2026

- Produce annual 'Future State' reports synthesizing complex data into actionable executive insights
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into departmental planning cycles
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic preparedness for 2026 milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like PESTLE, Delphi method, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience briefing executive leadership teams
