Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products with 5+ year commercialization horizons
- Deliver quarterly strategic briefings to the Board of Directors and C-suite leadership
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote presentations and white papers
- Manage a $2M+ innovation incubation fund for high-potential ventures
- Mentor a cohort of future-focused researchers and strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology trends (e.g., AI ethics, quantum adoption)
- Proven track record of launching ventures with 10-year+ commercial horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent strategic foresight training
