Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports with actionable insights for product development teams
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal impact
- Curate quarterly 'Future State' conferences for industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
