Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios for key industries
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizations on future-ready strategies
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Design adaptive frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global signals (political, environmental, technological) for early trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future scenario analyses
- Expertise in trend analysis, systems modeling, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred (e.g., from University of Houston)
