Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D initiatives
- Represent Nexus at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities with complex concepts
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) highly valued
- Experience publishing futurist research in peer-reviewed journals
