Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformative projects
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI on futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or convergent technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) highly desirable
