- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready business strategies
- Author quarterly foresight reports published in industry-leading journals
- Prototype emerging technology adoption roadmaps for sectors including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Development Program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi Technique and Horizon Scanning
- Proficiency in predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and data visualization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with cross-cultural scenario planning in global markets
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
