Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on technological, social, and economic megatrends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies and their disruptive potential
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable futures domains
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
