Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for AI-human symbiosis products
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, ethics, and design teams to align on future-proof solutions
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
- Author white papers on societal impact of emerging technologies (metaverse, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate frontier startups
- Define KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, product innovation, or tech consulting
- Published research on AI ethics, quantum computing, or neuro-interfaces
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Proven ability to translate complex tech trends into business strategy
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-focused product launches or strategic initiatives
