Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, regenerative systems, neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation journals
- Experience with Delphi method and other futures research methodologies
