Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and disruptive forces to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation adoption and future-proofing business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 vision and execution priorities
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging market opportunities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive teams and board members with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and AI-driven forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
