Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Analyze emerging market trends and regulatory shifts to inform product innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state technology ecosystems
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-year commercialization horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology disruption topics
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
