Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning for 2026 technology adoption across healthcare, energy, and autonomous systems
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives at Fortune 100 companies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and TED-style conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leaders program
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and ethics teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal impact forecasting
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, IFTF methodologies)
- Demonstrated experience with quantum computing or neurotech applications
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable development (preferred)
- Fluency in futures-specific visualization tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Causal Mapping)
