Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic roadmaps identifying key inflection points, disruptive technologies, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into product development cycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and strategic priorities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems, emerging startups, and academic breakthroughs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Build relationships with futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or strategic recommendations
