Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2026 lens using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Advance company's future intelligence framework through continuous innovation in analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation with demonstrable trend-analysis impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in future trends or strategic transformation
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ multi-year strategic roadmaps implemented by enterprise clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional credential
