Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology foresight, or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in remote-first environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
