Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into implementable product development frameworks
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and maintain trend intelligence database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
