Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios covering AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead strategic foresight workshops with executive teams to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain global futurist networks including academia, startups, and policy influencers
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Present executive briefings on emerging threats and opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications (e.g., Futures, HBR)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
